There is no membership fee. Create or sign in to a VEX customer account with your email to manage your account and view your order history. Creating an account does not require joining our marketing email list.

When paid checkout opens, sign in using the same email address used at checkout to view your orders and standard fulfillment status. After dispatch, tracking information appears when VEX adds the carrier details. Supplier preparation and quality-check steps are not yet shown as separate live statuses inside Shopify customer accounts.

VEX SILVER — Planned future loyalty tier. Not active.

VEX BLACK — Planned future loyalty tier. Not active.

We are exploring points, tier progression and exclusive member benefits. No points are currently earned, awarded, redeemable or transferable. Purchases, account registration and email sign-ups do not currently qualify for loyalty rewards.

MEMBER MILESTONES — IN DEVELOPMENT

We are also exploring optional membership-anniversary offers, including future 6-month and 12-month milestones, plus an appreciation feature for eligible gifts between members. These are ideas only: no anniversary offers, gift points or discount codes are available or promised today. Full eligibility, timing, terms and any limitations will be announced before a program launches.
