Shipping & returns
Free standard shipping on orders CA$150+ after discounts. Standard CA$12 below the threshold. Final shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout.
For pre-orders, international delivery to VEX takes around 2 weeks after our supplier order. We then inspect, pack and dispatch your order; Canadian shipping time is additional. An estimated dispatch window will be provided before pre-orders open. Return or exchange requests are accepted within 7 days after receipt, subject to applicable consumer rights. VEX covers exchange shipping; return shipping is assessed by reason.
