折扣后金额满 CA$150 标准配送免运；未达门槛标准配送为 CA$12。最终运费和税费以结账时为准。
预购商品在 VEX 统一向供应商下单后，国际包裹通常约需 2 周送达 VEX。之后还需验货、包装并寄出；加拿大境内配送时间另计。正式开放预购前将公布预计发货时段。收货后 7 天内可申请退换货，法定消费者权益不受限制。换货运费由 VEX 承担；退货运费按原因个别确认。
